Maint and Constr Management Center to ITS Roadway Equipment: roadway advisory radio data

Information used to initialize, configure, and control roadside highway advisory radio. This flow can provide message content and delivery attributes, local message store maintenance requests, control mode commands, status queries, and all other commands and associated parameters that support remote management of these systems.

The (None-Data) standards include an unspecified set of standards at the upper layers. The I-F: AU IFCP standards include lower-layer placeholder for an Australian solution identified for development. This may end up being I-F: SNMPv3, but it is currently undefined and just used as a placeholder.
