The US: SAE Traveler Info standards include upper-layer standards required to implement V2X traveler information flows. The V-X: Local Broadcast Wireless (US) standards include lower-layer standards that support local-area broadcast wireless solutions, such as DSRC technologies, LTE/5G, etc.
